The money back guarantee requires that you have used the sound therapy daily with at least 2 tinnitus matches per week and mixing of 2 MP3 songs per week with your sound therapy for the first 4 weeks. A minimum of 4 weeks of use has to be completed (2 weeks of sound therapy [8 hours per day] and 2 weeks of music therapy [2 hours per day]).
